if u get a good set of long tubes or stepped headers, the cutouts would be a good match on the race track. i dont kno how GTOs respond to these types of mods, but im thinkin that ull lose some low end torque in favor of top end pwr. however, a good full exhaust with a high flow cat and proper diamet...

naw i dont decelerate whenever i let out the clutch. it just sounds like the engine is shuddering after i let i out sometimes. i forgot to mention, this usually happens when i shift from 1-2 and ocasionally 2-3. its weird cuz sometimes itll shift fine, then other times itll shudder. i guess i still ...

i knew i didnt have a multi plate because i can manipulate the clutch whenever i slip it. thanks guys your knowledge is helping me alot. im gonna go out and practice shifting!

ha ha the motor is a completely stock 130hp b18a. the clutch is single. besides dont multiplate clutches engage alot earlier in the clutch pedal travel? my clutch engages half way up and feels kinda soft when doin regular launches. how do you dump the clutch by sidestepping anyway? is that what keii...

im trying to run through all the worn parts that could cause the aftershocks; worn motor mounts? or maybe worn diaphragm spring in the pressure plate?

ya ur right gizmo...there shouldnt be any aftershocks after the main jolt, but whenever i dump the clutch very hard/fast, that is wut happens. only in my car though. im pretty sure it has a stock single plate clutch. but all the things u guys are telling me make sense. i watched that youtube vid of ...
