Re: Finally got another car

My brother's driveway has one of the couplings where the road dips a little and the edge of the driveway pulls up, forming a pretty gross V. You have to attack it at an odd angle to avoid scraping. I've scraped Malcolm's chin more than once, making me sad. Some times it help to back up the driveway...

Re: Project Christine slo Hackensteinberg

The engine, while I never would expect it to perform well with (or even without) a heavy load, was really bad. I checked it out and found that I had some awful vacuum leaks. While I was following the vacuum spaghetti under the hood I noticed that a spark plug wire was sitting on the exhaust manifol...

Re: Misc Thread VI: Return of the Threadi

I submitted my windshield claim online. Then I lazily didn't follow up to schedule the appointment. Today my clutch stopped releasing and I'm dragging the car home from work (about 40 miles) once my dad gets here with his truck. I keep the tow bar and such in the car in case of this sort of thing. ...

I'd read somewhere that the Mahindra buggies wouldn't be authorized for use on public roads and would be more similar to those big ATV type things from Polaris. Also, I'd read that Mahindra at one time had a working relationship with Willys, or the manufacturers of protoJeeps (I can't recall quite ...

Re: I think I found the worst thing about interior design for manual transmission cars

It's just funny how it's something so overlooked. I never expected a 1990s car to have better cup holder/ergonomics than a modern day car. You're average 1990's car didn't have as much stuff on the Instrument Panel or center console as modern cars do. The AWD selectors, the big touch-screen display...

This mustard bean the stealership where my classmate's dad worked at. It's not far from the city we lived in. Good ol' Whatshisface...I wonder what he's driving now.

sorry, i missed this post due to a supposed thread hijacking by a member whose name shall remain unmentioned. Return of the Threadi is like the Seinfeld show - it's a thread about nothing. I don't know that it is possible to hijack it. MR. UNMENTIONABLE DOES IT AGAIN!! :x  https://i.imgur.com...
