double clutch upshift? how do ya do that? rev matching? how do you lower the rpms. when you downshift, you match the revs with gas... how do ya do the opposite? and why? ive never had a problem with hard upshifts...

true, but with these fancy machines you can heel and toe w/ a brake pedal and a flick of a shifter---supposedly they can operate just as good-they just take the fun out of it.

yes these days are over. now with these dual clutchsystems, gear changes are quicker than your left foot ever could be, and they instantaneously switch from one gear to the next by preselectng the gear. can you decribe a jackrabbit start? from what you said that seemed like a more healthy way to accelerate from a stop-all of this dropping and slipping has me nervous about ruining a transmission.

i would just watch the video but i get no sound on the aggressive start one.
