Re: 2010 Evo X MR has been tuned by Cobb Accessport 91oct. 1.07

I might buy an exhaust down the road but for now I am going to enjoy the hell out of this car because I have fallen in love with it all over again. =) Nice! And I know what you mean, I thought my MR2 was a good car before I got it tuned, now its f*cking awesome. I used to only hit boost 1-2 times p...

Re: Run for the Hills 15

i've seen em on MR2's before, its pretty much mostly headers, a few inches of pipe, then a muffler. f*ckin sweet Yeah, that's one thing I like about mid-engine cars, the short exhaust. A Fiero w/ a stock 2.8 sounds different from a Cavalier with the same engine, just because of how short the exhaus...

Re: FFFUUUU- Lotus next in line to be ruined by trends & gadgets

Additions to the shopping list: Reduction gear, generator and a shovel. Someone will be spinning in his grave, so why not extract some power... Maybe they can make all the new Lotuses hybrids that run off the power generated by Colin Chapman's spinning corpse . Maybe they can even use the driv...

Re: 50 Worst Cars of All Time

I'm real surprised the Fiero didn't make that list , it usually does, or maybe that was 5-10 years ago. The car seems to be a bit more...loved, now, or at least not hated on as much.

Most of the other cars, yeah, they belong on there. Especially the Iron Duke Camaro .

Re: The five car stable

Once I get my house and other stuff (like a job) worked out, I'll be looking at building up my stable of cars. I've already got my 2 Fieros and MR2, I'm looking at adding a Acura NSX and a mkI MR2 s/c to my collection :D. And also probably a Fiat X1/9 project car, possibly 1-2 more Fieros, and a dai...

Re: Misc Thread VI: Return of the Threadi

Even at my advanced age, living in my own house for 5 years, not getting any kind of help from them, I remain somewhat encumbered with remnants of the shackles of my parents. Mostly I can just tell them no. It's actually more difficult to say no to my in-laws. I may be digging this up from an old p...

Run for the Hills 15

Sup SS'ers? I haven't been around here in a while, been busy with real-life stuff, though I've lurked a little bit. I went on a mountain run last week with a bunch of other Fiero owners and I thought I'd post some pictures and a story, enjoy . I know a lot of you guys (and girls :P ) made i...

Re: How fast do you type?

If I try to think and type fast, all I get is typos. IRC can attest to that. If I am transcribing though it's easier. lol. When I was doing that typing test I figured out that I read ahead and kind of "cache" what I read and that kind of gets transfered to another "process" in m...

Re: How fast do you type?

Your speed was: 110wpm. Congratulations! You made no mistakes, practice does make perfect. Sometimes I get bursts of insane typing speed and realize that I've written couple of pages in an eyeblink without making any errors, but sometimes it's hard to make a short post on an online forum without ha...
