That's the price you pay for having it completely milled out of aluminum. You might burn your hand but it sure looks good. Does Aluminum even get hot that easily?

I assumed it was for ventillation but its really for seat height adjustment I believe.

Here are more pics, really nice stuff imo:

I like the interior of the McLaren MP4-12C. Center mounted tachometer is best tachometer. I also like the fact that the center console/radio stack isn't gigantic. The left mounted HVAC controls are nifty, too.

I am not a fan of extra electronics in the door. When you leave the window open and it rains....or even just opening the door in a heavy downpour.

Don't be silly. Those poor chumps who can only afford a Maserati may have to deal with rain by using A/C and parking in garages so they might still get a couple drops of runoff when they open the door to exit, but McLaren drivers simply hire weather control scientists to ensure desirable weather.

Damn...that Saab is gorgeous. The IS is kind of cool, though I've never been a fan of the Chronograph type cluster.

I think that Mitsubishi interior you posted looks a lot nicer than the Subaru interior you posted. :)

Agreed! I have one and I love the controls. However, my wife in the passenger seat isn't a fan of the touch screen when still/using the control knob in the middle bottom center for controlling the radio. It's a bit cumbersome to use from the passenger seat - perhaps they were making a point   .
