I wonder the same about strict 4wd vehicles, I guess it's just the Wrangler and the Tacoma

Variations of the Lancer? I think you can still get one version of the EVO in a stick.
Two pedals, two feet, too easy.

According to autos.yahoo.com some configurations of Ram 3500 and Nissan Frontier also offer 4x4 with 3 pedals.

For AWD vehicles you didn't list, it says the VW Golf R and Mini Cooper.

Wow, never knew they make the Cayenne in stick.

Add the TL-SH and G37x.

Thanks - the Lancer Evo GSR, VW Golf R, and Acura TL-SH also qualify. However, I think the only MINI that makes the list is their Countryman, not the regular Cooper. (It's confusing because MINI calls everything the "Cooper.") The Infiniti G37x is AWD, but looks like it's only available as a 7-speed automatic.

on a side note, i find it disturbing how much propaganda for AWD vehicles is out there, especially after switching from subaru (AWD) to VW (FWD). The VW with snow tires did better in the snow and ice than the subaru with highly rated and practically new all season tires. before i got the vw and (after research) decided to put on snows, i had been brainwashed into thinking i needed AWD or 4WD to do well in the snow...

AWD/4WD is a performance feature, not a safety feature. A Subaru with all season tires will out accelerate a VW Golf with winter tires, but the VW will confidently stop at the line while the Subie driving the same speed and braking at the same time will slide into the intersection.

Of course, a Subaru with winter tires will conquer anything.

Tires make all the difference in the world. Years ago, I purchased a winter beater Celica (it was RWD) and it had snow tires on it. That was a really bad winter and that RWD Celica was like a tank in the snow. So really, you don't even need FWD to do well in the snow. It's really all about the tires. That said, all else equal, a FWD car will generally be better than a RWD car in the snow and an AWD car will be better than a FWD car in the snow. You just can't beat the traction of four driven wheels.

The pickings are pretty slim for 4WD manuals. I bought used 2007 Element in 2010 because I wanted an AWD manual. 2009 was the last year they offered a manual.

not sure i can totally agree with the highlighted part of what you said; at least in my case, the VW just did better overall than the Subaru, and not just stopping or cornering. The Subaru had trouble if even just one wheel had to grip ice, and it didn't seem to accelerate better in snow, at least not usually. Keep in mind, the VW has traction control and other nannies, while my Subaru (2002 impreza) didn't have traction control. Other than ice, the subaru did handle very well overall in the snow. I also believe it would have done better than the VW if I had snows on the Subaru. The problem is the AWD propaganda at least gives the impression that you can overcome any obstacle with AWD and all season tires alone, which I don't think is true (at least not on my older Impreza wagon).

edit: i also think the propaganda, at least for subaru, tries to argue that AWD is a safety feature. i'm not gonna go looking for examples, since it will just anger me to no end :x  :o 8)

In this video, the FWD Mini with winter tires outperformed an Impreza with all season tires in a slalom and outbraked it as well, but the Subie was better with acceleration. This educational video was brought to you by Michelin.

Don't forget Lamborghini. The Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera comes with a manual option.
