New forum: car detailing, body work, paint care...

Post by AHTOXA »

How about it? Since we are a car forum, we should have a separate section for body work, wheel care, paint care, clay baring, detailing, bondoing, dent removal and what not. Seems like a good idea. Those topics piled up in the Tranny Talk look out of place.

We are enthusiasts and we care about how our cars look. There is soo much useful that can be posted and stickied for people to read.

I was actually thinking we needed this when PS posted his paint fix thread. I was just too lazy to suggest it. Its definitely a much needed forum. Considering we have a review forum

Funny. I did, too. I didn't suggest it until you and I started talking about waxing earlier.

On the topic of new forums, I think if it comes to be, then the whole index should be reclassified.

The Social: pics, R&R, new members, com&sug
General Automotive: tranny, tips, news
Getting Dirty: Parts&probs, detailing etc, maybe a modification/customization forum?

Something like that at least.

I agree as well. However our request for more smileys go unheard, it seems.

Mr. Standardshifter, do we have a "yes" or a "no"?

We have enough threads on the subject of car care? Why I'm a bit hesitant...

Weve had a few pop up. And I for one would be willing to write some stuff up.

Yes, I can write stuff up and contribute as well. I mean, it can't get any worse than our "sponsors" subforum.
