i've seen the first thing, once or twice, a long time ago, in firefox. haven't seen the other one ever in firefox.

haven't had that problem but i've had other issues of threads not loading, but that's both in ie and opera. i find that it helps to NOT have 10 tabs open in opera; it greatly helps load time and frees up memory

No problems with Firefox - Opera might get confused occasionally. A refresh should help?
