Damn quotes!

I go to quote somebody, and instead of the cursor appearing after the closing quote tag, it appears in the middle of the damn quote tag, and I've had to edit several posts in the past few weeks because of it... It loads, I see a blank space, I type, and then I see text below mine...

It's always with quotes that run longer than the textarea.

Great... Now I'm getting "Could not connect to server errors" and no it's not the wireless... The other page I have up loaded just fine at the same exact time...
