I'd just make one out of dryer pipe. I don't trust ebay parts.
Then again, I'll have to do that with my car. Afaik, nobody makes a CAI for 2nd gen Cavs. 3rd gen, yes. However, 3rd gens are kinda gay, and way too small for me anyway.

You can make a gorgeous intake with the right size piping and a pipe bender to make some perfect curves.
If you are good, you can even make the port for the sensor.
This is what I am going to do in the spring.
