The big problem I see for vendors here, other than the spambot motif, is that we have a very eclectic collection of cars for such a small number of active members. Only a few of us have the same car, which means that a vendor would have parts for maybe a dozen of us, if that. It's not really worth it to them, and I can totally agree.

You definitely have a point. Its not as though we're a car or even brand specific forum. Pretty much the only thing we could all use would be a plate frame, bumper sticker, or article of clothing. Considering most of us wouldnt dare let a sticker touch the car, thats out. We SSers are such automotive misfits that we cant even group order something.

i understand the sticker thing, but would you let a window cling (non adhesive thing) touch ur window?

Not likely. Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, goes on my rear window, unless I ever get a New England Saab Associate sticker. Since I have a plate frame I doubt I will. Side windows are always going up and down, so unless said cling stays on there well, its not likely to stay either.

How about tools, everyone can use those. I'm in need of a quality torque wrench, and I'm not paying the full price of 60 or more.

All color-shifting paints are pearls, but not all pearls are color-shifting paints. Some pearls are just lustrous, like the whites used by high-end automakers...They don't give the full effect in photos, but in person, they glisten. The color-shifting/chameleon paints, best known by DuPont's brand name ChromaLusion, genuinely change the color they appear based on the angle of view as you move around the car. For some reason I don't completely understand, blue-to-purple (Such as the last car in the second row
here is very popular.
