Damn - I totally forgot it isn't 65F in NYC right now.
Will do. Staying in Farmingdale is looking better by the day. Should be a great meet!
If anyone wants to take the initiative and get everyone's number to coordinate the meeting spot, please feel free. I'd be happy to, but I'm not as familiar with the area.

You guys should meet at Airport Plaza on Rte 110 (adjacent to Republic Airport). Spacious, empty parking lot, Dave and Buster's is right there, etc... Seems like a good place to meet.

I believe though, that since he will have FL plates and registration, wont he be fine?

Not too sure. I think you should be fine, but some cops can be assholes and write you a ticket. Then when you want to fight it, you'll have to come back to NY court if the court doesn't dismiss it. I've also heard things about if the tint is illegal in the state your car is registered in, then you can get ticketed too. I'm not too sure, you might have to do some research.

Lol - just need someone that knows the area to pick a meeting spot, then we go for a cruise. It's not that hard, you bums.
Maybe somewhere with food for lunch?

I don't really know those parts of long island as I was raised in the city. I vote DrNick set everything up since he picked the roads =)

Good call Rob, that's close to the road and would be a fun atmosphere for everyone.
Is the Meadowbrook Parkway a toll road?

Why is it that my first thought upon seeing John's post was Hooters?

Must be the wings.
Just letting everyone know - I canceled my reservation in East Orange, NJ. Did a little research - violent crime rates are 3x the national average, and property crime rates are 4.5x. Yikes.
