Alonso and Schumacher Penalized in the Quali

Post by Paolo300zx »

WTF??? did anyone see that? I think it will make the race exciting tommorow, but right in the middle of the championship fight? What the hell is going on with the FIA. I mean they're threatening to take thier stewards to court over the dampener issue. Now, im not saying they shouldnt have been penalized, but not like that. Not at this time of the year. what do you guys... and girls... think?

I'm sorry I am a great believer in that if you break the rules you should be penalised. They both really only got what they deserved.

and so am i, however, the rules that the FIA handed out were very harsh. there was no stipulation of the exact punishment in the rule book. if the FIA wanted to they could have made both Schumacher and Alonso do 50 pushups and then streak the pit lane. I Think a more appropriate punishment would be taking away thier best lap time for each session.

I still think he is good too, but unless things change, if he doesnt get a Ferrari or Renault ride he will never be world champion.

Damn Schumacher. He should have changed to dry slicks on his last pit stop. Could've gotten on the podium, and his steering probably would not have broken since he would of had no need to push his car so hard on toasted wet tires. :x
Only girly men drag, throw in some curves and I'm in.
