Mustang Pics for Fun

Post by eaglecatcher »

Snapped a few quick picks. It's kind of dirty, but it's from the angle that only has new painted surfaces visible :)
I know, I'm a cheater, but who cares. It's with my iPhone camera, so cut me some slack, but you can see my somewhat clean engine bay :) I'm really thinking of relocating the batter to the trunk, just gotta figure out how to mount it back there... Those stupid battery boxes are way too damn expensive... Also need to flush my brake fluid... it's green, and the brakes are so damn spongy, lol.

Lovin' the straight front end shot. Steal Roman's wheel's and coilovers and your car will look baller

dont mod that car. i drove a v6 5spd singleport mustang and i can honestly say, despite my passion for mustangs, that is by far the worst car i ever driven.

dont waste money modding it.

That's a coilpack - coil packs for the win....

Eaglecatcher - Your Mustang makes me want to masturbate violently. If you had the five-oh or 4.6L V8 I would be more attracted to your Mustang than women...

Coil on plus is expensive to fix. They're like $40 per cylinder or more. When wires and plugs are half the price

@eagle - I just really like that generation of Mustang

Lol. I really think i've got one of, if not the, best looking SN95 stangs around. Granted, if I had wheels and tint I'd say that in all confidence, but I've yet to see an SN95 that looks anything close to as good as mine... And mine isn't even pretty. Haha.

I'm trying to convince my arents to sell it though- I got a CEL the other day and the engine started missing today while I was on the highway... And so instead of fixing it myself, I'm gonna put it in the shop and hopefully the repair bills for all the work it really needs will make them wanna sell it. I need new turn signal relays, new exhaust (probably from headers back it's so rusted) new O2's, a crapload of new hoses, new front tires... Lots of stuff.

Then I'll try and convince them to get me a non turbo Z over the winter break, and then I can get it looking great and in awesome shape, do suspension and wheels and stuff, and then buy a TT motor and rebuild/build it and swap that in when I get a chance one of these summers.

havent really heard of coil packs failing. if you're talking about maintenance, COP is even cheaper since you dont have to worry about plug wires.
