first run was against the red camaro in the 2nd picture. he ran a 13 something but i think he was off of it by 1/8 mile because his speed barely changed between 1/8 and quarter.
2nd pass was against an old malibu. the guy said it ran mid 12s, but timeslip doesnt like. 120 trap vs a 96 trap is quite a significant difference, he was gone so fast i didnt even catch up to him til the timeslip booth.

im on the right on both slips, car 263. 15.7 at 92 and 15.1 at 96

there were a lot of ridiculous fast cars there. probably half the cars there were 10 seconds and faster. some cobra ran a 8.9 pass, that was amazing. i was about 20 feet from it when it was doing the burnout, and exhaust was so loud all i heard was my ears ringing. most of those cars were running open headers, youd stand next to it idling and you could feel it like someone was punching you in the chest. its definitely a good time, gave me a new appreciation for drag racing. i thought i was gonna make an idiot out of myself with a 15 second car and 10 second cars everywhere around me, but most people i talked to were cool and gave pointers and stuff, talked about their cars, etc. it was a good time, highly recommended

I wonder how fast my pug would be. This 2.0 hdi runs 13:69 secs:

With 175 hp. Mine is completely stock, 90 hp 4 door, so just a tad slower probably.

Holy shit that 206 is really small.

Dude with 90 hp you're going to be running 17s. My MX-3 is about the same weight as the 206, 88 hp as well, and it runs 17.6.

vids are up

damn 3rd gear jump, he had me by a fender at the top of 2nd, then i took off. shifting into the torque peak rpm ftw, literally
Image

second race. i was poweshifting and you can hear my clutch hating me and hating life. doesnt grab hard enough to blow up transes, this is the tradeoff. ill take the not blowing up transes  i like how i keep gaining on him while im shifting, powershifting tends to do that lol
Image

and heres a random 3rd gear 60 roll against a natural aspirated cobalt. he got the jump on me but i came back and got him halfway thru 4th before we were coming up on the traffic ahead and had to cut it off
