There's plenty of white American males on this forum, but we're not all the same people. Some of us are fat, some are skinny, some are healthy, some are sickly, some are smart, some are stupid, etc.mtheis wrote:So? We have the same car.
Your car is cared for. Her car was rusting in a backyard, abandoned for an extended length of time.

Didn't you say that it was abandoned in the owner's yard for a year? Did I manufacture a memory?wannabe wrote:how do you know it was abandonded? did you abandon it? and (try) to care for it...unfortunatley i don't have the money necessary to right now.

No, you didn't. I remember it, too. She said that someone left it on her doorstep, wrapped in a big blanket, with a note the said "Please take care of my baby. I can't afford to feed or insure her any more."theholycow wrote:Didn't you say that it was abandoned in the owner's yard for a year? 98 or 99. Got ya beat. However, my speed limiter kicks in at 108, so... Yeah...wannabe wrote:top speed so far is 93mph
and no, I'm not doing that again. After that, I swore I'd never go that fast outside of a track again unless a life was on the line.
2013 Ford Fiesta + a bike and a land yacht which are in pieces.

Re: kelly's 92 tercel
100mph is not fast and going 100 is nothing special. nothing awesome happens when the needle crosses over form 99 to 100, just the totally not understandable something about going triple digits. whats so cool about it. i like when people will do a pull to 100 and stop at 100. shit, your already going to jail, might as well make it be worth it.
so what, my car sees 120 a few times a week, big deal. i built my car to go fast, it doesnt take 5 miles to get from 60 to 120, if anything, its a quick sprint form highway speeds to 120 or until i run out of empty roads and have to slow down. theres nothing wrong with that. im not reckless i will not go 60 faster than traffic while lane jumping during a friday rush hour, i remember what happened last time i did that
but hell, if i got an empty highway ahead of me and no cops in sight, its 3rd gear and hammer down
