That's similar...just imagine it in a brown color with a bend so the top points back, which I think was there so it could clear the seat and the dash in those long throws...

What's with the bucket seats in that truck? They look so out of place.

I dunno, it's my friend's truck. I'll have to ask him.

Nice truck! My old 85 Civic had a stick that was almost as long. AHTOXA probably remembers. Floor mounted shifters FTW!

The small stick is for the 4wd transfer case.

The red thing is a fire extinguisher.

Nice truck! Regular cab short box, that is awesome.

But it's missing 2 things. V8, and 4WD.

Ok, here is a little update. I picked up some 265/70/R16's on the standard Chevy Truck alloys to replace my front 235/70/R16's and back 255/70/R16's on the "Chrome" covered steel wheels. Nice upgrade for when current tires wear out.

How much did you pay, and where did you get them? I need tires and would love to stumble across a set like that on Craigslist.

I currently have 245/75-16E on the truck, but I wouldn't mind the slightly taller and slightly wider 265/70-16 tires instead. That size was stock on up-package Toyota Tundras for a long time. I have one brand new tire in that size that I got for free...

New from the super-inflated dealership, I believe the rims go for $700, and I think the tires are around $150 a piece so in all I got around $1300 for $350. Not a bad deal, but $350 is always a lot of money.

I was jonesing for these rims too. Nothing special, but I really like the look. Very rare coincidentally too. I only managed to get them from a guy who used them as his winter rims on his avalanche and 2007+ 20" OEM for summer. He is now rotating his current 20"s into the winter slot and getting some after market 22" for summer. He said to me "You're putting these tires on this lady?"

You should put up pictures of your Sierra.

Mine is nothing great to look at. It's a bit beat-up.

I'd love to find a set of wheels with newish tires for $350. I'm jealous. I've been watching craigslist.

Ok, here's a few pics of this beast...I mostly only take pics of it doing work. It's not like it's ever shiny and pretty.

In that last pic I was bringing home my shed. The Schlitz is mostly covered in vinyl siding now and is in the woods behind my yard.

Yesterday I finally came up with a name for it after all these years. I've named it "Bessy". I put some bad gas in it and I had to milk it out with a hand-primed siphon. I was sitting on a cinderblock gripping the thing like an udder, it looked like a classic milking pose.
