(04-05 TSXs actually don't have the "real" vtec, but w/e lol)
I thought that the TSX had the real VTEC, but the accord only had a partial VTEC. I could be mistaking though.

I've read on a bunch of TSX forums that the 04-05s do not have the real VTEC even though it is an ivtec engine. 06-08s had an extra 10hp increase and valve changes.

Possibly. I was reading TSX club and found this
Note: The 2006-2008 K24A2 in the U.S. market Acura TSX has the following improvements[2]
Power: 205 hp @ 7000 rpm
Torque: 164 lbft @ 4500 rpm
Increased intake flow:
Intake valve + 1 mm oversize
Intake cam High lift lobe with 0.9 mm more lift and 12 degrees more duration
Throttle body increased from 60-64mm
Radius on some intake pipes increased from 70-80mm
Increased exhaust flow
Exhaust Head pipe increased frm 60-65mm
Higher flow catalytic converter
Main (single) exhaust pipe increased from 54-57mm
Rear (twin) pipes increased in diameter from 42.5 to 45mm
Also take a gander at this site. Theres a dyno graph comparing them both.
Depends on how much and with what parts. If you're planning to go more than 1.5" or use the cheap way, meaning just coils, then don't do it. Ride is going to suck. If you're going to lower it around an inch or so making sure the lower a arms aren't angled up and corner balance it on coils - do it. I doubt many people really do it for performance these days.
I lowered a car once on 1.5" drop coils once. Looked good, drove bad. Won't do it again.
Only reason im contemplating is because I can probably make some money off it and im tight on cash now. Plus I miss the power from my Mustang. I probably won't sell it, but thinking on it.

Torque and RWD are calling you. Don't ignore that call! You know what you want!

I'm not sure. I mean, I like it, but I feel can get maybe gain some cash on it by selling it and than picking up either a Z28 Camaro or Mustang GT for like 8-9K.
Not sure. I feel i'll miss this car's ride quality and handling too much.
I think my parents will kill me if I say I want to sell my car, again. I guess if I said so I can save money it would sound like a responsible decision
If I do, i'd probably get another Mustang GT as there's more available for cheaper in my area. All the Z28s are modded to hell and overpriced. I really want a WS6 but too expensive. At the end of the day, im probably going to end up keeping my Acura, though.
Nah, my parents would let me drive a Mustang (as I had one before) and a car like that, it's just this would be the 3rd car I sold in 2.5 years. It's kind of a hassle to sell a car as I would have to use one of there's until I found one.
