200 miles in 2.5 weeks? That's crazy low. I drive about 200 in one week and thing I'm doing good.

Word.300-400 miles per week and it's the least I've driven for as long as I've been driving.

Re: six's 2015 Chevrolet SS Sedan 6MT
I mainly drive between work, my house, and my parents' house, with the occasional outing. All within the same city. Hence the no freeway part. I drive very little since everything is so close. For the over 5 years I've had the Acura CL, I've put less than 20,000 miles on it. That's 4000 miles a year. 115,000 miles on the odo when I bought it, 134,000 when I sold it.

Yeah, over the last 4 years I've averaged 17,500 miles a year and I thought I was doing great. I came from doing 35k miles a year.

You didn't want to take your top off and show the goods, eh?
Do they offer colors?

Re: six's 2015 Chevrolet SS Sedan 6MT
My SS is bone stock, so there's nothing to show haha. And yes, the SS comes in a range of colors, but it seems that most of the people here choose black, silver, or white lol. There were four Mystic Greens, one Slipstream Blue, and the rest were the "grayscale" colorstankinbeans wrote:You didn't want to take your top off and show the goods, eh?

Mystic Green...is that anything like the Forest Green of the Mid-90s/early noughties Accord? If so, do want!
I lied, give me Jungle Green Metallic. Mystic Green is too subtle.

Ah, Jungle Green. It's the most exclusive color. Think there's less than 100 of them in the U.S.tankinbeans wrote:Mystic Green...is that anything like the Forest Green of the Mid-90s/early noughties Accord? If so, do want!

Re: six's 2015 Chevrolet SS Sedan 6MT
One Year Update
I can't believe it's already been a year since I've gotten my SS (tomorrow is the one-year anniversary).
Highlights
I can't believe it's already been a year since I've gotten my SS (tomorrow is the one-year anniversary).
Highlights
- This car is as fun as ever, and now that I've gotten the hang of it, I haul major ass, and doing it quite invisibly as well. This car does not draw any attention at all (except the exhaust note sometimes). I do however get a few swiveling heads upon starting the car in crowded places; sometimes they can tell it's my car, a few times, they look around in bewilderment wondering where the heck that came from lol. The stock exhaust on this car is LOUD, a couple times people ask me what kind of tubes I have, I say, it's bone stock man. "What?!" haha
- The BOSE sound system actually became pretty decent now that's it's broken in. Sounds pretty good. Better than the Bose that was in my old MS6.
- CANNOT STOP HYPING THE HUD IT IS SO USEFUL. Cannot live without it now.
- The brakes squeal at low speeds; known issue to GM with a TSB issued for fix. Haven't gotten a chance to bring it in.
- Handling is amazing.
- No creaks, squeaks, or rattles so far. After a year of rough 95% city driving. Interior still looks like new. Exterior as well, had OptiCoat Pro treatment done the second month I had the car. Washed it only three times since. Good as new.
- Still needs tint.
- Planning on powdercoating the stock wheels a dark bronze color. Feel it will give it a small unique trait, separate it from the numerous black-wheeled white cars out there.
- Cannot get enough of that V8 noise! LS3's sound insane, even in stock form. Old-school pushrod grunt.

You have described the perfect car for me (except for budget).
