4onthefloor's New Whip
So after 5 1/2 years of owning my 07 I decided it was time for an upgrade. After 4 months of waiting I finally picked up the new whip this morning:
2017 WRX Sport.
It'll stay mostly stock for now, other than a few cosmetic changes. I'll update this thread just like I did my old car as I make progress on it.

Two pedals, two feet, too easy.

They have different trim levels in Canada. It goes Base, Sport, Sport-tech. So it's sort of the same as the premium trim but with slightly different options.potownrob wrote:is the sport between the base and premium trim levels??

Perv. I don't need a picture of his stick. Especially if we all know he touches of daily.potownrob wrote:uber leet whip. very congrats. much upgrade over tractor impreza. pics of stick or permaban.

Subaru definitely stepped up their game with the 2015+ interiors. Most people wouldn't think much of it, but coming from a GD gen Impreza the interior is waaaay better. The gauges and flat bottom steering wheel are pure sex.
And yes, definitely having fun. Trying to get through the break-in period so I'm taking random drives with no purpose to rack up the miles and break in the engine. Loving the car so far.

Don't forget to rev the hell out of it once the engines warmed up4onthefloor wrote:potownrob wrote:now that's a gauge cluster i could look at all day (other than the km conversion). take it you're having fun with it (having driven 1k already).
