Strange thumping noise

Synchros shot? Weird noises while shifting? Not sure what needs to be replaced?

Get all the brake dust off, apply Duragloss 151, go get a beer.
What is Duragloss 151? Its website didn't exactly explain to me how it would work in this application.

Beer is good.
Duraglos 151 is made with Ronrico 151 proof rum. You clean your wheels, spray it on and lick it off. Suddenly, all that brake dust is not a problem.

OK. So I've got some more info before I bring it into the shop. Seems the noise starts after I've been driving for a little bit....I left my car at my friends house and we took her car. It was pretty chilly outside when we got back. No noise for about 15 minutes. Then the noise started.

Tire has uneven wear probably from misalignment. Most likely needs an alignment. Bearings are in good shape! Thanks for the help guys! Im glad it wasn't much worse. I'm so effin' happy right now.

That doesn't sound like it could cause thumping.

Edit: Nor does it sound like it could cause thumping only after warming up.

Well. I think my title may be misleading. I couldn't really think of another way to describe the noise. The warming up may have been a one time thing because its been ridiculously the past few weeks. It was just really cold that one time. And I've never driven at 5am more than a handful of times. And those times were in the Corolla. So my info may be off as you need to be there to hear the noise. They tested everything and noticed the tire had "waves" along the tire. I'll let you know what happens in the next week when I get it taken care of. I know it sounds like none of this probably makes sense. I've never really dealt with car noises before.
