Re: car stops while decelerating
If its a dirty TB, you can buy spray to correct that problem.

Re: car stops while decelerating
Just cleaned the TB, and drove around, experienced a stall at turning!!!
So start to clean IAC, however I cannot find IAC on my 95 Subaru Legacy. Can anyone point to me which one is the IAC?

I removed the cap of "B" part, and it doesn't look like a IAC.
Further, there are so many springs attached to the right side of the TB body. how can I remove the TB body for cleaning?

I think "A" is TPS - Throttle Position Sensor.

The second picture show what B looks like after remove its cap. There is only a shining metal stick. Nothing to be cleaned there.
I think the more important step for me now is how to remove the TB. I don't know how to deal with its springs at the right hand side. These springs links to the gas pedal, and are quite delicate (see the photo in my previous post)

Re: car stops while decelerating
Downshifting and leaving it in gear when you go through corners = problem solved. Its proper driving technique, you should learn to do it anyways. If your car has a rough idle and sometimes it dies while trying to idle (car stopped) you should look at cleaning out the throttlebody and any sensors near it, like TPS and IAC. Honestly it sounds like your IAC gets stuck sometimes.
