What's wrong with my car??? Help fellow standard shifters!

Synchros shot? Weird noises while shifting? Not sure what needs to be replaced?

Got my clutch replaced today and when they pulled my old clutch out it had a nice big crack in it. I had them install a Sachs VR6 clutch and pressure plate as well as a 14lb lightened flywheel. Now my clutch goes in much easier and it grabs lower. My car is much more fun to drive now not to mention the fact that stop and go traffic will be easier with the softer clutch. This clutch setup is capable of handling big turbo power so it will last me a long time. Great upgrade!

Make sure you rev constantly very high in quick succession as you're letting the clutch out, then still buck and half-botch the launch anyway.
