Shifted into third, clutch not fully in, now problems

Synchros shot? Weird noises while shifting? Not sure what needs to be replaced?

I have no problems other than the stick shaking in 3rd--moreso when i'm accelerating, and when i'm decelerating it's pretty much completely still as in other gears.

As far as what BMW dealer said "i've driven your car and two other M3s and it's normal."
yeah ok. well, it's not popping out of gear or anything like that, and since BMW says it's normal I guess that's that. sigh.

Most RWD/4WD manual transmission vehicles have the stick attached directly to the transmission, unlike FWD/AWD vehicles where it's remotely connected by cable. As such, the stick in a RWD/4WD vehicle moves with the transmission, not with the body.

Is it vibrating, or shaking? Vibrating heavily I'd expect, I'm not so sure about shaking.

Possible a fork got bent and it's not being positioned fully into 3rd gear any more - does 4th seem to be getting fully into gear too soon? Measure travel of neutral gate line on shift knob forward from Neutral into 3rd and backward from Neutral into 4th. Should be nearly the same.

When the first sound of the intro to that song came on, I immediately knew what the drum beat was going to be. I've never heard the song nor heard of the singer.
