That was excellent.

I've got 108,000 miles on the Accord
Almost 8,000 on the bike
And 102,000 on the new toy.

Cool. What condition is it in with so many miles? How has it been cared for? How has it been driven?

Body is a little dinged up, but hardly any rust. The engine is amazing..runs perfect actually. I got it a couple months ago for $600, it needed a new clutch and tie rod ends, so I bought a clutch and my brother put it in for me, as with the tie rod ends and now it runs perfect. Dirty as heck on the interior though. Whoever had this car before me took amazing care of it mechanically, i'd be willing to bet the clutch was original; too bad I can't say the same about the interior, which is my only complaint.

My round trip commute to/from work is 70 mi/day, or 350 miles per week. Two nights a week, I travel to school which adds an additional 70 miles, so that's a minimum of 420 miles/week. And during the weekends, I'm all over the place - I personally hate NYC, so I'm often driving far, far away to hike or mtn bike. The ~26,000 mi/year is accumulated VERY easily!

If you hate NYC and have to commute 35 miles away to your job, why do you live there? I'd be out of there like a baseball out of a pitching machine set on "high".
