I haven't picked a favorite, yet. And I'm kind of interested to hear what Shadow says, given that he has the same engine as I do.
I have noticed the car shudder a little at idle while using fuel from the EXXON right next to the house. But I have yet to drain the tank and try something else (say, WaWa or Shell or 7-11).
I've heard that I should stick with "Top Tier" gas....

I stick with Top Tier gas. I think that's what I mentioned in this thread earlier.

I go to Kwik-E-Mart (err...Kwik Trip, known as Kwik Star in other regions) mostly, because they let me use my Holiday fuel discount. I also go to Holiday on occasion, but I won't buy SillyAss gas and the other options aren't even available in my area.

Hess and Stop & Shop FTW
Hess is one of the few stations with decent prices and no ridiculous cash only pricing. Stop & Shop has decent prices and they drop down if you buy a lot of groceries at Stop & Shop. Shell stations also have the deal with Stop & Shop but they have the bogus cash only prices. Sunocos around here also have a deal with Price Chopper (another supermarket) to get discounts if you spend a buttload on groceries at PC, but I don't like shopping at PC and Sunocos aren't convenient (both location and hour wise) for me.

Typically Shell, Kroger, Thortons, or Speedway. The first two have Kroger points discounts (where we do some grocery shopping) and the latter two typically have good prices in town. While traveling, all of this goes out of the window depending on location and when the car needs fuel.

I use Kroger points at Shell as well. I happen to do most of my grocery shopping at Kroger, mainly out of convenience due to location.
