Never owned baseball cards. I may have done this with regular playing cards though. My childhood wasn't one with happy memories so I've blocked them out.

I did the baseball cards. When I was 5 I had a Varoom, which in my day was a little plastic motor with a lever that bolted onto my handlebars. Every time I pulled the lever it would make an engine varoom sound.

Bet this kid didn't need to put cards in his spokes:

Sure did but I also did it with regular playing cars. There were no baseball cards in Soviet Union.

Nope, I used to just run over a pop can with my front tire and it would get stuck between the tire and the fork. Made awesome noises for about 30 seconds before it fell off :lol:

You can make some really loud noises that way (or with a stick jammed in just so) against a knobby mountain bike tire.

My dad built an apperatus that consisted of a flap of stiff plastic from an orange juice jug held in place with hose clamps. It was pretty loud.
