He knows that they still won't let him use his hands - that part hasn't changed, right?

Yeah, he got told that when he went around trying to rubgy punt the ball through the cricket wicket. The ref was pretty good and straightened him out quickly.

MOPAR ROAD READY CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FOR THREE US CITIES IN 2015

The Chrysler Foundation and Mopar will offer a free safe-driving program for teens in 2015.

Presented in conjunction with the National Hot Rod Association, Mopar Road Ready will be available to teens aged 15-19 with a valid drivers license or permit and at least 30 hours behind the wheel. The two-session program will focus on car-control skills and defensive driving techniques.

Details are still being settled, but the plan currently calls for programs in Pomona, Calif. (Feb. 21-22), Gainesville, Fla. (March 21-22) and Detroit (May 2-5). Registration for eligible teens and their parents or guardians begins in January 2015 through select Mopar dealers or mopar.com.

In the Pumpkin Pie we call driver's training, this might be considered the whipped cream to put on top.
