It was 2WD too if Im not mistaken. The Ford I had hope for, but Im glad the blurple truck won. Personally though, I would have taken the Toyota.AHTOXA wrote:I'm not liking the American TG tonight.
Such bullshit. The Ram was on poser mud tires, of all things.

Re: Misc Thread VI: Return of the Threadi
They are slowly improving. Hell, they played Dropkick to end this episode. That has to be a good thing.paul34 wrote:You know, despite my initial optimism, I stopped watching after the 3rd episode . I just couldn't make it through an entire episode anymore. It was turning into a chore to watch them, which isn't what it should be. Maybe I will start up again next season. The two new TGUK episodes also reminded me of the vast difference between the two
TGUS will never be as good as the original though.

Indeed. I'm more of a Walther man myself (as far as looks) but I must agree. Too many people are like "ZOMG, 1911 = hawtnessssss! *faints*"paul34 wrote:you and probably a bazillion other people

1911s are nice and all, but I don't see any reason to go totally bonkers over them. It's crazy to see people drop like $2k or more on one. And the really expensive ones usually take even more money to get them to run right .
However, it is very cool that the 1911 is officially 100 years old and still relevant and going strong.

Actually, most of the M1911s that are around now are original and still in perfect working condition. Replacing parts only f*cks them up.noob5,000,000 wrote:1911s are nice and all, but I don't see any reason to go totally bonkers over them. It's crazy to see people drop like $2k or more on one. I still want one. :suspect:
And a formidable opponent. Put some .45 hollow points in it and you've got some serious stopping power.

Well, I surely wouldn't want to fight a war with a handgun, but for your average scumbags trying to murder/rob/rape you, a couple .380/9mm/.40/.45/10mm rounds will do the job just fine. You could probably even get away with a .22 if you can put multiple rounds into vital areas under stress.

If you can get close enough, you could just whip out a 7" automatic stiletto knife and shank the mofo.noob5,000,000 wrote:You could probably even get away with a .22 if you can put multiple rounds into vital areas under stress.
Oshit, I think some of my friends roleplay character is starting to rub off on me.
Random tangent: Anybody have a clue how much it would cost to have a pair of antique Pince Nez glasses converted to blanks?

This. I saw sooooo many hipsters today. I wanted to start fist fights with them all, individually.94Corolla5Speed wrote:Don't be a goddamn hipster Chris. If you don't need glasses, don't wear them.

I'm gonna start playing Fallout today... After seeing New Vegas, I had to get into the series... I'm just waiting for a machine that can run the newer titles... New Vegas is on my list of must haves when I have an upgraded machine... That, Eve, Borderlands, The Witcher, etc.

The thing about fighting hipsters, is you can take on like five of them at a time.noob5,000,000 wrote:This. I saw sooooo many hipsters today. I wanted to start fist fights with them all, individually.94Corolla5Speed wrote:Don't be a goddamn hipster Chris. If you don't need glasses, don't wear them.

Yeah. Borderlands is pretty good, but gets annoying in some parts. Fallout is buggy on console, but I enjoyed it. 400+ hours should tell you something. I just realized my G2 has a skidmark on the bottom of it. I think its from the strip on my phone case that pulls the phone out. Won't come off. Oh well. I'm the only one that actually notices it. Also. Black Swan=Mind F*ck.
