Leslie and I were thinking of taking a roadtrip cross-country. I wonder how much these will be going for?!

You can bet it'd be more than $100/day. And the gas!

But if you're going on a long cruising trip, then hell yes, it'd be worth it. Just be prepared to sleep in the seats, as a seperate hotel is out of the question.

I don't know, but it'd be fun to take a rental to the dragstrip... especially if you can plumb a cheap nitrous kit in there temporarily.

I can just see it: bits of rubber stuck to the wheel well, and the sales rep says, "Now ya filled it up, didn't ya?"

lol.. reminds me of Jackass the movie (didnt watch the whole thing.. too stupid for me lol), and knoxville rented a car and entered a demo derby. Brought it back to the dealership all smashed up and tried to get them to take it back. They refused and ordered him to pay for the damages. he said, "But I brought it back with a tank of gas"
