Where are the vendors?
We need to court some vendors up in here, pronto! We have a pretty sizeable population, and it's only growing.

Car mods? Try modifying your gasoline!
I was wondering when somebody would post here. It looks like we don't have any empty threads anymore.
Hi, all!
I'm seeking a place to advertise a "product" I've put together. It's a hydrocarbon (SCCA legal) gasoline modifier which allows one to advance the ignition timing without the danger of preignition. This gasoline booster actually slows the flame front speed (which is where pre-ignition troubles lie).
Cooler running is another benefit of this "modified" gasoline. Cooler burn reduces NOx formation, too.
All I'm asking is to mail me a SASE (legal size) and I will mail them back 6 pages of project history, test procedures, modifier limitations (can you use this? All engines are slightly different!) and test vehicle performance. Then...they can make up their mind as to whether to invest further. So far, they have only invested two letter stamps!
Mail the SASE to Ted Hart, PO Box 1165, Pittsboro, NC 27312

I would, but don't have the time to read 6 pages of anything, except my textbooks,
I still am not sure whether its possible to have an additive that does much, but I would love to see one that relaly works.
maybe you will be the next bill gates

My "concept" is not formed around an "additive"...these are bunk! Mine is a "modifier"... it is not combustible, it is only listed (with EPA) as toxic. My entire concept revolves around slowing a too-rapid flame front! I don't know how a petrochemical (most "off-the-shelf" additives?) would do this!
This one "relaly" works! LOL! - Ted Hart
